Kurt Zuma Suffers Hamstring Injury

West Ham United have confirmed Kurt Zuma sustained an hamstring tendon injury during Saturdays Premier League win over Chelsea.

While the former Chelsea defender has already started his recovery rehabilitation program after he had a scan on Monday which revealed the damage, however the Hammers did not put a timeframe on his return.

Meanwhile, the club have also said Ben Johnson also suffered a low grade hamstring strain in the derby, while there’s good news for them concerning Aaron Cresswell resumed light training last week after picking up back injury.

While the England international is expected to return for their match at Burnley on Sunday, there’s still no good news concerning Angelo Ogbonna’s anterior cruciate ligament injury he picked up last month over Liverpool.

West Ham United will hope to continue their trajectory under David Moyes away at Burnley on Sunday having beaten city rival Chelsea last weekend.
