Former Manchester United full back Patrice Evra, has named Liverpool star James Milner as the most annoying player he came up against in his career and joked that he would follow him everywhere even if is the toilet.

Milner who is plying his trade at Liverpool is fifth with 569 appearances in the topflight of English football and still climbing the list of all time Premier League players, with the most appearances at 35 and still going stronger for the Anfield side.

Milner spent five years at Manchester City, where he came up against the Frenchman Evra in various feisty derbies, and the former Monaco star was quick to name him as one of the most difficult opponents he ever faced.

Evra reveled this in a Q&A with Manchester United’s official website saying: “The toughest one? It’s not the toughest one, but the most annoying one was James Milner.”
