Mikel Arteta has provided an update on Thomas Partey’s injury after the Arsenal midfielder was forced off in Friday’s FA Cup loss to Manchester City with rib pain.
Arteta revealed that Partey had been playing through discomfort before the break, and he will now undergo an MRI scan to assess the exact extent of the damage.
