Arsenal Transfer Target Moises Caicedo Details Fear Of Potential Move From Brighton
Moises Caicedo is reportedly anxious that his ambitions of a potential move to either Arsenal or Chelsea may be thwarted if Brighton do not consent to a bid for him in the January transfer window.
The 21-year-old Ecuadorian midfielder has been heavily courted by the two Premier League sides, and though he attempted to take matters into his own hands earlier this week in an advocate social media post, this has only antagonized Brighton’s hierarchy further.
Fan favorite Caicedo has now been advised to stay away from their training ground until after the window closes, while Brighton coach Roberto De Zerbi speaks vaguely on the optimism surrounding the situation.
If a deal is not agreed upon next month, it remains unclear whether both Arsenal and Chelsea will pursue Caicedo or consider alternatives such as West Ham’s Declan Rice, who they anticipate targeting at the end of this season.
