Ahmed Musa has joined Turkish Super Lig rivals Sivasspor after terminating his contract with Fatih Karagumruk by mutual consent.

The Super Eagles captain signed a two-year deal with Sivasspor and will play in the UEFA Europa Conference League with his new team this season.

“We have parted ways by mutual agreement with professional football player Ahmed Musa, who was included in our 2021/2022 season,” Karagumruk wrote on Twitter.

Musa, 29, departs the Istanbul-based club after making three appearances for Karagumruk in the ongoing 2022/23 season and could make his debut for Sivasspor when they face his former team Karagumruk on Saturday.

The former CSKA Moscow winger scored 4 goals in 34 games last season.

He previously featured for VVV Venlo, CSKA Moscow, Leicester City, and Al Nassr before joining Fatih Karagümrük.
